![]() ![]() It’s rather bare but it does ave a couple of chess tables and benches. This park would be used for gatherings at maybe New Years or a classy outing.Ĭlariton Park – A nicely equipped play park with all the base game playground objects and a custom sand pit. The Town square – A simple lot with nicely mown lawns and a square building containing toilets and a courtyard in the middle with a few chairs and tables. Small villages don’t need a big graveyard or lots of benches and I think the creator have thought that throughĮlba Village contains 5 parks which all have different uses, they all apply to the general theme of the world. I say again, this lot is lacking some decor, a grim reaper statue? Even a bench! If you look at it on another hand, it is aesthetically pleasing and all the flowers and terrain pain have been used effectively, I even saw some flowers at a few graves. The graveyard is what it is really, it’s small with a good amount of graves, 2 man-made ponds each equipped with the necessary spawners but for some puzzling reason there are 3 Mausoleums, they look great together, but 3? I dunno… That’s about it, there are many bare spaces with no pictures or decorations to fill it. ![]() The lot contains 3 treadmills, 1 exercise machine, a kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine, a living area with a line of bookshelves, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and an indoor and an outdoor pool. Then again it does provide a nice play park for your kids to enjoy while their parents work out, that’s about all that catches me. It’s equipped with all the necessary things but I just think there could have been so much more done with the interior of the lot. The gym didn’t disappoint me but it didn’t make me go wow it’s very plain and simple, maybe a little too much so. I don’t know why but all the bookshelves in a row like that made the library look beautiful. The inside is modestly decorated and has a lot of thought in it, the thing that gave me away however, was the 2 symmetrical walls of 8 bookshelves next to each other and the kid’s play area. Out of all the libraries I’ve encountered in the sims 3, this one is by far the best, the outside look and back garden is stunning. so you’ll have to place the pre-made ones or build your own. Since there’s no expansion packs required, there are no dive bars, salon, pet jungles etc. The world is mostly decorated with 3 types of trees: Black Gum Trees, Ornamental Pear Trees and Cypress trees, the latter usually in long lines which is very pretty □ However, this means that you have a plain base to work on and make it your own and there’s room for your personality to flow into this world. Everything matches together in a simple, common theme, the houses, the library, everything! The theme is a dark red brick and white paneling with red/orange roofs, it’s simple and personally, I love it.Ī quirky guy like me needs some character in his world and because everything applies to one simple theme, it comes without character. The big thing going about this world is the theme. You can also see two main parts of the world, I’ve named the 1 and 2, let’s have a closer look □ Let’s have a look at it in ‘Tab View’Īs you can see it’s not a huge town which is great for those who aren’t good friends with LAG. When I first had a look at this world I wasn’t convinced, it looked a bit bare and dull from the map view but when I had a bit more of an investigate I was very impressed. Keep reading for an overview/review of the world You can find all the technical details and download link HERE: However, in the the link below you can download the firestation, salon and consignment store that match the village, neat, huh? This brings me to an awesome world that fits the bill: Elba Village.Įlba village is a small unpopulated world with lots of space for your own customisation that requires no expansion packs created by My Sim Reality. I don’t know about you but I’m sick of all these massive worlds EA have created, all I want is a small suburban village which my sims can grow up in without the hustle and bustle of Bridgeport but not as cut off as Appaloosa Plains. ![]()
